Freibach Reservoir Lake
The lake is situated most beautifully 730 meters above sea level and surrounded by the 2000m high Karawanken mountains - a real jewel for spin- and fly fishermen.
Most abundant are fish from the trout-family like brook- and rainbow trout, lake trout, brook trout, char or grayling. But there are also chubs and fierce yellow perch who put up an occasional fight on a light line.
The best fishing can be done from a row boat or float tube.

Recommended equipment: Fly rods classes 5 - 7, length 9 to 10 feet or light spinning rods. Fishing is permitted with one rod only, live and corn is strictly forbidden.
